Special features for each side include a fully equipped kitchen, bright and cheery rooms that are well aerated with ceiling fans, gracious Dominican furnishings, an upper terrace with beautiful views of the Cabarete Bay, electric outlets that handle both 110 and 220 Volt currents. Each bedroom has air conditioning (extra!). All this and more is just steps away from the ocean and from the new beach club with pool, bar and kitesurfing school. This villa is ideal for small groups and larger parties. Can be rented separately or altogether. Each side sleeps a maximum of 5 people.
All rates in US$ per day, base rate is for 2 people each houseside. Each additional person costs 10 US$ per day more.
Extras: 1st row (beachfront villa), private pool and airconditioning in bedrooms costs an additional 10 US$ per day each.
One child up to 6 years accompanied by parents stays free of charge. The arrival day counts as your 1 st day, the departure day will not be charged.
All rates include the rent for 1 villa with maidservice (6 days/week), security, administration, access to the new beach club with pool and bar as well as fees and taxes.
